It was awesome stopping by to see how ’s was doing last week!! Such a great space. They took an industrial building and brought life to it with their interior decor!

DBA designed the shell & the tenant designed the interior fit-out. DBA brought their design concept to code compliance, and produced all document required to receive a building permit.

Team work makes the dream work, Amirite? 👏🏼🎉

Nestled in a tree-lined country setting just outside of Luther, OK, the Eleven Oaks
Ranch Event Center is an approximately 10,000-squre-foot venue designed with a
country lodge retreat motif. The venue is able to accommodate up to 300 guests both
indoors and outdoors, and dance floor, catering kitchen, bridal & groom suites, along
with office spaces. The beautiful exposed trusses, stone fireplace, and grand staircase
make this venue one of the top wedding spacing in the Oklahoma City metro area.

This 42,000 square-foot corporate headquarters for the Old Surety Life Insurance Company in Oklahoma City is a state of the art facility that features a sleek modern look while utilizing the latest in energy efficient technology. The building sits on a triangular shaped site formed along historic Lincoln Boulevard with Beverly Drive intersecting N.E. 50th Street at an obscure angle. The challenging site inspired the unique form that has made this building a new landmark for the area. The four-story building captures spectacular panoramic views of entire metro area and is in direct line of sight with the Oklahoma State Capital. The building also includes added amenities such a roof top patio deck, a fitness center, an event center, a café’ style restaurant and spa. As the Architect in Charge of Construction Administration, David A. Brewer provided critical detailing and quality control services throughout the duration of the project. Impressed with the level of service provided, Mr. Brewer has been commissioned by Old Surety Life Insurance Company to provide facility management services along with satisfying any architecture or construction needs for the company’s property investments.

The 2nd & Klein Development Project consisted of rezoning and existing industrial complex in order to transform the area into an event and entertainment district consisting of a brewery, an event center music hall, bar & grill restaurant along with retail and leasable office spaces. Developed by Pivot Projects, the western style motif is intended to take guests back in time with unique design features such as exterior light fixtures design to emulate old style telegraph poles. The development area consists of five existing buildings and a new Tap Room building, along with an open area courtyard, and an entrance gateway unlike anything else in OKC.
