Dear valued customers:
In these uncertain times we wanted to reassure you that we are open for business! With the beginning of the spring and summer air conditioner cooling season upon us, it is important to schedule your regular a/c maintenance so your unit is ready for the coming summer heat. Likewise, if you are having an issue with the unit operating properly and need a service call to diagnose the problem or are in need of new equipment, we are available, just like we have been for the last 17 years.
We are just as concerned as you are about the spread of the COVID-19 virus and wanted to let you know we will do everything we can to protect you and your family, as well as our employees and family, from the spread of this virus. If the technician scheduled to visit your home is ill, or anyone in their household becomes ill, we will call you to reschedule your appointment. We also request that if you or anyone living in your household becomes ill before our visit that you will call us to reschedule.
We are prepared to wear face masks if needed, will use bleach wipes in our vehicles and frequently touched surfaces between visits and the technician will use hand sanitizer between each customer visit each day, or more often as needed.
We are a small, local business that depends on our customers to survive, just like our customers depend on us for honest, prompt, dependable and professional HVAC service. As a community we will get through this difficult time and, as always, we appreciate the trust and loyalty you have placed in us and look forward to taking care of your HVAC needs in 2020 and beyond.
