Yesterday we officially broke ground on our newest project, Fiddyment Storage in Roseville. We will be doing this one with Webb Construction.

*** Position Filled**** We’re growing and we’re looking to add another truck driver this year. Applicant should be expecting to be putting in around 50 hrs a week. This week we started a new project in Marysville, at the old Cannery Building. We will be doing this one with Neenan Archistruction out of Colorado again. This project will see us completely remove and replace the entire parking lot along with all new planters and sidewalks around the building. We will be doing storm drain and sewer improvements as well. There will also be a considerable amount of offsite improvements including new curb, gutter, and sidewalk down J street as well as removal and re-paving of both J street and 6th street. All of this work will be done to open a new Ampla Health, PACE facility (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) with a pharmacy.

A recent house demolition job we completed in Yuba City. This job was unique because the customer only wanted half of the house torn down. They are still living in the other half and want to build a new addition rather than work with what was already there. There was a basement under part of the house that stayed and the part that got demolished. We removed the concrete top off the basement and backfilled it with compacted base rock so the new addition could be built over the top of it.

2025 proved to be another remarkable year for new construction. Our workload reached full capacity by September, and we had to stop taking on new projects. This year, we demolished three houses and a commercial building that housed two businesses. Cleaned up two burnt homes and did a handfull of small one or two day residential projects. Some of our more substantial jobs this year were:

Jack in the Box, Live Oak: Complete

Yuba City police station evidence building: Complete

Bishops Pumpkin Farm, Golden Grain Raceway, Wheatland: Complete

Sutter County Superintendent of Schools career and training center: Complete

Chipotle, Linda: Complete

Trulls RV / Boat storage drainage pond: Complete

Project Hope fire water installation, Yuba City: Complete.

Springhill Suites, Yuba City: Ongoing

Redigo Market, Rocklin: Ongoing

O'Reilly Auto Parts, Olivehurst: Ongoing

Barrows Landscape, Yuba City: Ongoing

We have some great projects lined up for 2026 and it will be another strong year for us. A special thanks to our dedicated team of employees, partners, Subcontractors, and General Contractors. Without all of them, none of this would be possible.

Last week we got started moving 4,500 yards of dirt to make way for a new office, shop, and parking lot for Barrow’s landscaping. We will be doing this new build with Tull Construction.

Last week we moved a little over 6,500 yards of dirt to create this 7’ deep retention pond for Trull's RV/ BOAT storage in Olivehurst.

Today we’re starting an O’Reilly Auto Parts in Olivehurst off McGowan Parkway. We’ll be building this one with The Hatch Group out of Orange, Ca.

08/27/2025

We started a new Redigo Market in Rocklin this week with JM Construction right off the Sunset exit on Hwy 65. Work on this one will continue through the winter as the weather allows.
