Out with the oil furnace and in with a new 2 stage luxaire propane furnace. This equipment comes with a 10 year parts warranty! This customer is not only saving on home insurance and hydro. But on average people who switch from oil to propane save anywhere from $1600-$2400 a year on fuel alone!! This number depends on... what temperature you keep your home at, insulation values and age of windows and doors. @ Flamborough, Ontario

A No cooling call that I have not seen before. Red squirrels were the cause of this customers warm home. This probably took place back in the fall, but the squirrels chewed threw the protective wire coating, the wire and the soffit! The wire shorted to the copper pipe and blew the fuse. Everyday is a new adventure! You will never work a day in your life if you love what you do!

Caught this 2016 not such a Good-man furnace with some serious problems!! Usually when I’m maintaining furnaces and inspect the heat exchanger “for cracks or wear” I only find hair line cracks. Those cracks are putting Carbon Monoxide!! In your family’s home!! Not good! This 2016 Goodman furnace has massive HOLES in it!!! This was very upsetting to find! This I’m guessing happened easily a year probably 2 year ago these people have been breathing in Carbon Monoxide. The furnace was shut down immediately!!! For there safety @ Hamilton, Ontario
