Our team has officially begun installing the Z‑girts and rigid insulation, marking a major milestone in the building envelope phase. Up next:

We’re excited to share a progress update on the 4343 Office Building project in Matteson, Illinois.

The project continues to move forward smoothly, and we want to take a moment to recognize the hard work and collaboration that’s making it possible.A sincere thank you to our dedicated team and trusted subcontractors for your continued commitment, craftsmanship, and coordination.

Your efforts are driving this project forward and setting a strong foundation for its next phase.Looking ahead, we’re pleased to announce that interior designers will soon begin designing the building’s interior, shaping functional and modern spaces that will support future tenants.

As this work gets underway, rental spaces will begin opening up, marking an exciting milestone as the building transitions closer to occupancy.

We’re excited to share that masonry work has officially started on the first floor at the Islamic Foundation North project site! 🧱
This important step allows us to begin installing the steel beams and columns that will support the next phase of construction. Alhamdulillah, steady progress continues.

Here’s a birds-eye look at our newest project taking shape at 26th and Francisco! The progress so far has been incredible, and we want to give a huge shout‑out to our amazing crew for their hard work, precision, and dedication on site every day. 👏🔨

We’re thrilled about what’s next: steel for the first floor, proudly provided by our partners PG Fabricators out of Bridgeview, Illinois. The future is looking strong—literally! 💪
