K&D’s is offering demo and build back services in Volusia and Flagler County.

**You Will need to remove all carpet, padding, baseboard and flooring in the flooded areas ASAP! 

**K&D’s Will then evaluate each room to determine the height the drywall will need removed to prevent additional mold growth. 

**Please remember mold only takes 24-48 hours to start growing. The longer you wait to get the process started, the more damage you will have due to rapid mold growth!!
