💧 RV Park Progress Update!

Another step closer to completion on this RV park project!

Today we finished the water lines and frost-free hydrants installed throughout the park, making sure each site has a reliable and properly laid-out water connection.

From the underground utilities to the septic system and final site work, we can handle the infrastructure that goes into building an RV park from the ground up.

Day 4 & 5 of 5.

2 Aerobic tanks and 14 RV sites installed while dodging rain and lightning.

Day 3 of 5. Inspections and repair day. Customer #1: “I think my tank may have a crack in it.” Customer #2: “My lid to septic tank is gone.” Legend has it that customer 1 is going to repair themselves. Customer 2 has successfully converted from a 50+ year old cinder block 200 gallon tank to a 1000 gallon septic tank.

Day 2 of 5. Customer had an Aerobic system installed less than a year ago and failed inspection prior to sale of house. It went from bad to worse when the install was not permitted through DEQ. To pour salt on the wound instead of getting proper depth the installer chipped out the inlet to get the correct fall from house. This led to the aerobic tank leaking and not transferring effluent from trash tank to aeration chamber or pump tank. All of this trouble and money because the homeowner trusted the wrong installer.
