Are you a skilled Pole Barn Builder ready to take charge and lead your own crew? This is your chance to manage job sites, guide experienced crews, and build high-quality pole barns, garages, and metal structures across Northwest Ohio.

What You’ll Do:

Lead crews through every phase of construction from layout to finishing

Direct post setting, framing, truss installation, and metal panel work

Ensure every project meets safety and quality standards

Mentor and guide team members to sharpen their skills

Communicate with management and solve on-site challenges

What We’re Looking For:
5–10 years' experience as a Pole Barn Builder or in metal building construction

Proven leadership on job sites

Comfortable using tools, equipment, and working outdoors

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Pride in craftsmanship and finishing projects right
