This week’s training was led by Dallas and Calli, and we’re excited to be starting a new tradition at Dalton’s.

Each week, a different team member will take the lead on our training meeting, sharing knowledge, experiences, and lessons learned from the field. It’s a great way for our team to learn from one another and continue growing together.

One of the things we’re most proud of is how much our employees care about each other. Whether it’s helping a teammate on a tough job, sharing advice, or teaching a new skill, our team is always willing to support one another.
