Missing golf in the winter months in MN? Then you’re going to want to check out this week’s project showcase. A 1776SF Garage/Man cave with a golf sim in Janesville, MN. We constructed this building with SIP panels from Energy Panel Structures, Inc - EPS and poured the foundation using Mono Slab EZ Form. The exterior finishes matched our customer’s existing house exterior.

Finishing up our Janesville Golf Sim Man cave/garage build!

We used SIP panels by Energy Panel Structures, Inc - EPS for our structure. LP Smart siding was used on all the elevations and shingles on the roof to match our customer’s house.

Mono Slab EZ Form was used for our concrete slab.

Greenhaven Landscaping will be back in the spring to finish up dirt work and grass.
