Okay we need your feedback: Our photographer has been capturing exteriors during both the day and at twilight. (these are not AI pics!) We love both, but our platform limits how many photos we can post.

RE-POST + an apology:
We posted this last week, and elected to "boost" it through Facebook to share with others who may not have heard of us.

We had no idea that simply clicking on a photo within that ad would cause the messaging app to appear and force someone into a conversation. We are sorry to anyone who had that experience, and share the frustration! We would hate that too.

(Post 1 of 2) Here's a closer look at one of our featured homes. The property consists of a primary residence along with a huge detached shop with a spacious MIL.
Up first is the primary home: A ranch style 3,300 sf, 3 bedroom 3.5 bath, plus a media room, office, and library, and a 1700 sf attached garage. The home was set up to accommodate pets with in indoor pet room in the house, an outdoor kennel off the garage, a dog wash and cozy pet beds!

(Post #2) The client's helped move a parent up from the lower 48, and wanted to provide her with a space of her own.
By combining the MIL suite with the shop, we were able to create a 2 bed, 2 bath residence that maintains privacy and also feels connected.
The parent has brought her southwest charm and hospitality to the space. It's the best-nested MIL suite we have ever seen, and it warms our hearts to see their vision come to life.

These clients liked timber framing as much as we do - and that's saying something! 😂 Thank you for opening up your home...

Yes, custom can be compact! 😃

This home in Hatcher Pass was designed and built for a small, efficient footprint. Open concept living room, kitchen, and deck all went upstairs. 2 Bedrooms on the second floor, with the garage and entry living on the first floor. A sauna on the side rounds it out!

One of the things we hear most from our clients is that the home they got is exactly the home they wanted. We love that, and we don't take it lightly.

Every custom home starts with a conversation. Somebody across the table telling us what they've dreamed a house would be, would do, would feel like. We design a custom home around them — their hobbies, their pets, their needs and wants and "I saw this on Pinterest"s.

And then we build it. To our standards. Standards Alaska has spent 30 years refining for us.

The goal is to create a stress free process that ends with the client walking into their home and having it feel exactly what they hoped it would be: Truly and uniquely theirs.
