Felipe spent his internship diving into the civil engineering site design process, learning to navigate site plans and build skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D. From training projects to billable tasks to site visits, he walked away with a real appreciation for how our designs translate from the drawing board to the real world.

That's what an internship at Coleman Company is all about: hands-on experience, real responsibility, and a team invested in your growth from day one.
