Preventive maintenance is one of the best ways to keep your AC running efficiently and avoid unexpected breakdowns. ❄️

Today I completed a residential maintenance visit and found a run capacitor that was testing out of specification. I replaced the capacitor and also corrected some wiring issues left behind from a previous repair.

As part of the maintenance, I thoroughly cleaned the indoor evaporator coil and washed the outdoor condenser coil to help improve system performance and efficiency.

A little maintenance today can help prevent costly repairs tomorrow.

Another customer back up and cooling! ❄️

Today’s service call was a **no-cool** issue caused by a broken blower belt. After diagnosing the problem, I replaced the belt and got the system running properly again.
