Similar to any industry, if you’re not a professional, you’re going to start at the wrong place.
When designing a space at Husky, we focus on how it functions in real life.
That is the core of our Client Advocacy.
It’s also a core of our approach, Conscious Construction.
We recently took on a project where the client wanted a larger closet and a double sink vanity.
Simple request, right? Not so fast.
Our process ensures we eliminate risk and deliver on that vision by:
1. We first clear out the existing clutter to see the true foundation and potential of the space.
2. We refuse to be stuck in 2D. We use placeholders to ensure proper scaling and size. If you only look at a flat floor plan, you'll never see how a double vanity actually fits or how elements work together.
3. We create a full presentation for clients, including key notes, construction plans, and visuals. This ensures the client moves beyond confusion and gets a better understanding of what the space is going to look like and how it will work.
This phase is all about knowing what's possible and creating a clear roadmap.
We bridge the gap between design aspiration and practical ex*****on, protecting you from costly mistakes down the line.
