With new federal regulations starting January 1 2023 on all new HVAC equipment, we are bracing for yet another price increase. This will also result in certain supply chain issues caused by manufacturers having to retool to meet new minimum SEER requirements. We at Yordy’s will do anything we can to get your equipment purchases locked in prior to January 1 if you’re thinking of making a heating or cooling system needs replaced soon.
