Scrap and rework rarely start with a dramatic failure. More often, they start with a hot zone that's slowly drifting out of spec.

Loss of temperature uniformity, fluctuating vacuum levels, and tightening process windows all chip away at consistency, and by the time it shows up in your parts, you're already paying for it in yield.

Uniform, repeatable heating isn't a nice-to-have in research, it's the foundation your results stand on.
