Great review from larry... "All I can say is wow! I called FLHA to see about fixing my downstairs thermostat (no power, blank display), and Tami immediately (same day) sent a technician, Leo, to investigate. To make a long story short, in three visits (all within 72 hours, due to needed atypical parts) Leo deduced the issues down to 1. a bad fuse, 2. a blown thermostat in the air handler unit, and 3. an issue with the contactor piece in the condenser unit causing a short. How do I know these details? Because Leo is a patient and master explainer of his experiments, what the outcomes may be and what he actually found. How do I know he's patient? Because he didn't at all mind my hanging out and constantly asking all sorts of questions. Honestly, when an experiment hits a brick wall and the technician's response is "hmmm.. interesting", that is the scientist you want working on your system! Thanks Leo, we're up and running again!"

"We recently bought a home and needed major HVAC work done, including brand new ductwork and the installation of two HVAC units, and I’m so glad we found Folsom Lake Heating & Air. James, the owner, was incredibly calm, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making us feel pressured, which meant a lot since HVAC is such a big investment.

His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he even went out of his way to recommend other trusted vendors for our new home. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale.
