We’re proud to have completed the site development for the Comfort Systems project in Milton, Florida.

From clearing, earthwork, underground utilities, storm drainage, grading, curb, sidewalks, and paving, our crews self-performed the entire civil scope, delivering the infrastructure that will support this facility for years to come.

Projects like this are a testament to the hard work, craftsmanship, and dedication of our employees. We appreciate the opportunity to partner on another quality development in Northwest Florida and look forward to seeing the positive impact this facility has on our community.

Just broke ground on the Gateway Logistics Center — a 45-acre commercial and industrial park on Garcon Point Road in Milton, Santa Rosa County, Florida.
Our team is handling the full earthwork and site-prep package across the first 25 acres, including construction of wet stormwater detention ponds, outfall control structures, and mass grading to ready the site for multiple warehouse and distribution buildings. The project sits minutes from Interstate 10 and is being developed to attract logistics and warehouse tenants.
Once complete, the park is projected to create at least 175 net new jobs paying 115% of the local average wage.
Proud to help lay the foundation for new economic growth in Santa Rosa County.

Thank you to the City of Pensacola for the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful project. We truly appreciate the City’s trust in Site & Utility and are honored to have worked alongside so many great partners to help bring the New Palafox vision to life.

A special thank you goes to our incredible employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and everyone else involved. Our team took great pride in this project and worked tirelessly—including many weekends—to deliver a downtown that Pensacola can be proud of for years to come.
