Another quality repair done! A previous weld performed by another party had failed on this log truck, and with the warmer weather approaching, it was critical to complete the repair quickly. The failed weld was completely removed, and the crack was successfully repaired. I also installed a reinforcement patch over the top to provide additional strength and long lasting durability.

Pictures don’t do this job justice! A farmer brought in two skid steer buckets that were in dire need of a rebuild and reinforcements. I rebuilt them with new 3/8” thick bottom plates, 1/2” cutting edges, and 3/4” wear plates, along with additional repairs to extend their life and keep them working hard for many more years.

A cattle hauler was in need of an emergency aluminum repair. The crack was ground out and repaired, I then added a plate for extra strength and to keep everything from cracking again!! He was back out on the road in just a couple hours!!

This past weekend I had the pleasure of repairing a section of the floor on one of the passenger cars for the New York and Lake Erie Railroad in Gowanda!! This section of the floor was in desperate need of attention!! I ended up adding two 8” sections of c-channel for support and replaced the 1/4” steel sub floor, then re installed the stainless steel diamond plate.

I was called to fix a failed repair preformed by a previous welder. Upon inspection the main frame on this disk was cracked in two and was also twisted! With precise adjustments and careful welding I was able to weld the cracks shut and straighten the frame all at the same time. I then added 5/8” plate to either side of the frame to add strength and keep the frame straight for many more years!!
