Lovely final turn out on an epoxy floor with did for a customers basement as we were able to remove the original coating, drylock to seal and then epoxy over top with some decorative flake to finish!!!! Did over 200 industrial for garages, hangers and etc. but think the Home Depot version is quite sufficient for an area only receiving foot traffic and minimal heat/ UV exposure! Customer experienced water damage to their floors due to a sewage back up that made it impossible to salvage their basement floor!!! Opted to have remainder of glue removed and dry locked for waterproofing purposes followed by an epoxy coating to be done later this week to finish this basement prior to new walls and paint work to restore this lovely North Wilmington basement !!!! Another ceiling damaged by humidity!!! Thankful to continue to learn about drywall despite 10 years in!!! Paint continued to peal due to high humidity from a small space between roof and ceiling which was holding moisture when applying multiple coats of paint in a short period of time!!!
