Tired of paying an arm and a leg to heat your home with oil? We’re hearing that a lot as we gear up for winter.
Listen though, you have options.
If you’re looking to move away from oil heating, here are some ideas:
✅ Switch to a heat pump. Heat pumps use electricity to heat and cool your home, giving you an alternative to oil altogether.
✅ Install a hybrid heating system. This is a great option if you’re not ready to completely get rid of your oil furnace but want to cut back on how much oil you’re using. The heat pump handles heating your home until it can no longer efficiently maintain the temperature. That’s when your oil furnace kicks in.
The result? You’re using less oil throughout the heating season, which can mean significant savings on your oil bills.
✅ Convert to natural gas. If gas is available where you live, we can also help you make the switch to a gas heating system.
Now, we’re not going to pretend these upgrades don’t come with an upfront investment. They do. But depending on your home, your existing equipment, and how much you’re spending on oil, that investment could save you a whole lot of money over time.
At Caldwell, we’re not here to push you into the most expensive option. We’re here to walk you through what’s possible, explain what makes sense for your home, and help you make a decision you’re comfortable with.
So before you spend another winter dreading that oil delivery bill, give us a call. Let’s talk about your options.
