They provide commissioning for new construction project’s Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems – LEED for new construction as well as Retro-commissioning for existing.
They also provide site assessments, energy modeling, Energy Star certification, and facility measurement and verification. This includes real time validation, troubleshooting, and oversight of operations, resulting in a process of continuous commissioning as well as automating Preventive Maintenance scheduling and reporting. The firm started in the Washington DC area in 1997 and has grown to work throughout the US for many distinguished clients. Jim McQuade founded CPM Scheduling in 1997 and has relied on his previous Commissioning experience to gain the credentials for this venture and has built a team of experienced Commissioning personnel to provide services for any type of commercial or industrial building. For those buildings requiring structural and envelope Commissioning, CPM has teamed with Simpson, Gumpert & Heger Inc., a recognized structural engineering firm specializing in envelope Commissioning. To meet the current needs of the industry, CPM Scheduling has certified LEED® Accredited Professionals, Certified Building Commissioning Agents, and Professional Engineers with licenses throughout the USA.
