Crew did a great job on this one ! Removed 1st floor brick wall for new garage, we had to keep the 2nd and 3rd fl in place while doing so. Tough job but we got it done. New steel beams and columns set in place and ready for new addition.

This wall was rebuilt 3 years ago by a contractor who didn’t have a clue what he was doing. Our client had to hire us to remove the entire wall and do it right. It’s sad that some contractors can sleep at night knowing they rip people off. We demoed the entire wall poured a footing, built a cmu column, installed a steel beam, installed an LVL beam, framed new wall, built new brick wall, framed new pent roof and did all of the finish work. We do it all.
