This went from being a termite infested porch roof to a beautiful new sunroom/bedroom. A lot of work but very happy with the outcome.

New framing, Total of R30 in ceiling and R25 insulation in walls, all new electrical circuits, Ductless heat pump, custom interior casing to match the rest of the home, recessed lighting, ceiling fan, 7 total windows, 2 skylights, new exterior door, new trex stairway with PVC railings, black metal roof installed by Philadelphia Quality roofing, exterior siding to match existing.
