Another project complete. We took this 4,000 sq ft basement outfit from four exterior walls and turned it into a playroom/ daycare, 6 offices, a shared office space for four workstations, supply/ copy room and 5 ada bathrooms . Outside we had to create a ada ramp and completely transform the front of the building, but it very nicely blended into the original decor of the building, we even installed a playground with poured in place rubber, this is a company first. Around back of the building. The rear of property is higher than the doorway of the building, we installed a driveway drainage system to solve a water issue problem client has been having for years.
