My guys completed this install. We also completed the home remodel replacing bathrooms, bedrooms, old 2 AC systems, plumbing, old electrical, floors, and doors. I actually represent the real estate sale on this property last year. The property prices were so crazy that this 2 BR 1 BA with a 1 BR guest house sold for $749,000. It has come way down since then
