Recent Roof Inspection done in Mesa Arizona☀️

The owner of this home was experiencing ceiling stains and gave us a call. 🏠

It was an easy time for our field specialist to find the issue. A good size hole that you can see the sunlight coming through!☀️

Now there are many areas of the roof that have penetrations that run pipes and wires and those get sealed up by the roofer. 🔨

In this case it was either poorly sealed from the beginning or with time the sealant wore out. ⏰

Other contractors were quoting this home owner upwards of $20,000 for a repair! 🧑‍🔧

Our independent Engineer, determined the minimal damage was localized, and only that need to be repaired compared to multiple unaffected areas of the roof. 👷 

If this issue was not caught at the time it was and continued for years, it could cause significant damage and a HUGE repair bill. 💵

Many of our customers in the Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe and Chandler area have been experiencing foundation concerns with their homes.
