We’re excited to share that KGM Builders has been selected to build a new parish office for Christ The King Roman Catholic Church in Mesa, AZ.

This project will replace the existing building with a new 7,580 SF facility designed with modern finishes and a layout that better serves the parish community. Working alongside Adaptive Architects, Inc., the new space will include offices, meeting areas, and a central courtyard for gatherings, events, and everyday use.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of a project that brings people together and supports the church’s mission.

We brought out to the job site to show some appreciation to the crews and partners putting in the work every day.

This project doesn’t move forward without the people on site making it happen — and we don’t take that for granted.

A look back at what we built in 2025.

This year brought campus upgrades, athletic facilities, infrastructure improvements, and spaces designed to serve the people who use them every day. Each project represents teamwork, trust, and a shared vision with our clients and partners.

We’re proud of the work completed in 2025 and grateful to everyone who played a role in bringing these projects to life.

Here’s to building even more in the year ahead.

We’ve completed saw-cutting the existing floor to make way for the new sewer lines entering the building Thrust Flight. Our crew has also addressed weather-related water-proofing issues and replaced damaged exterior metal side panels to ensure long-term durability.

Coming up this week: we’ll be sealing all existing roof penetrations and installing a 100-foot rain gutter along the northwest side of the building, which will support drainage in the area of the future parking lot.

More updates to come as we keep Building the Valley!

Progress with Purpose at Seton Catholic Prep

KGM Builders is continuing construction on the new 50,000 sq. ft. event center, with Phase Two complete. This stage included removal of outdated classroom and athletic spaces and major infrastructure upgrades to support the upcoming vertical build.

What’s been completed so far:
• Utility reroutes + fire line adjustments
• New parking area with 40 added spaces
• Subgrade preparation, drainage improvements, and a new drywell
• Temporary weather protection for the existing gymnasium
• A new staircase that will connect to the future event center

Working within an active school environment required careful coordination to ensure student safety and minimize disruption—but the results speak for themselves. The site is ready to grow upward in 2026!

We’re proud to partner with Stewart Transport Inc. on this 2,400-square-foot EMC garage — a facility designed and built to protect their 25th-anniversary show truck, a true symbol of craftsmanship, pride, and over two decades of excellence on the road.

The new space provides secure, climate-controlled protection for the truck while maintaining full functionality for ongoing maintenance and display.

Every detail reflects the same standard of quality and precision that defines both Stewart Transport and KGM Builders.

We’re building for growth! 👷‍♂️

This new Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC maintenance garage will give our client the space they need to continue expanding — more room for equipment, new employees, and a larger break room for their growing team.

From breaking ground in May to completing roofing and landscaping in September, the project has moved forward smoothly and safely.

✅ All inspections passed with zero issues
✅ Roofing, masonry, and concrete complete
✅ HVAC, drywall, and insulation coming next

Target completion: End of October (pending APS connection).

We’re proud of our team and trade partners for keeping this build moving strong!

💚 Big changes are happening at the St. Mary’s Knights gym! 💚

So far, we’ve:
✔️ Replaced the gym floor
✔️ Added fresh paint throughout
✔️ Installed jumbo trons + new scoreboards

And we’re not done yet — new bleachers are coming soon!

🚧 Project Update: Seton Catholic Prep Event Center 🚧

As part of early sitework, our teams — in partnership with Tiffany Construction — developed an updated egress plan to loop around the jobsite due to an existing fireline.

This week’s progress included:
✅ Removing the existing fireline
✅ Rerouting it to a new location to ensure it no longer runs beneath the new building pad

This step keeps the Seton Catholic Preparatory Event Center project on track and sets a safe foundation for the build ahead.
