One of our most reciente jobs! Mansard style roof . Right here in Brookline. The guys had came across some big gaps in the original decking and broken and softs spots. We went with an over lay with 7/16 plywood on main roof only . Installed Owens Corning Tru definition shingles , with the sure nail strip. Color driftwood. Homeowner also requested too re-line box gutters on front porch only with a beautiful crimson red color and install a 2 ply flat roof system for the low pitch of the porch roof. Color match of course! Too the shingles. And just too too off the roof all new counter metals on chimney. (All metal actually cut into concrete mortar).
