You’ll be the first impression our customers have of our business and a critical part of keeping our technicians productive and our customers happy.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound customer calls
• Schedule and book service appointments
• Dispatch plumbers and HVAC technicians
• Manage daily schedules and route changes
• Follow up with existing customers
• Help maintain customer memberships
• Manage email communication
• Assist with customer retention and reactivation efforts
• Keep operations organized and moving smoothly
