Another stunning remodel is in the books! We completely transformed these spaces with beautiful, custom details.

Primary Bathroom: Installed a custom wood double vanity featuring striking gold vessel sinks, tall arched mirrors, and a modern gold chandelier.

Walk In Shower: Created a spacious open shower with large format grey wall tiles, bronze fixtures, and a custom pebble stone floor.

Custom Details: Added a dedicated makeup vanity area, built in decorative wall niches, and elegant textured wallpaper to tie the whole space together.

Bar Area: Built a custom entertaining space featuring light wood cabinetry, a built in w**e rack, and a bold red subway tile backsplash.

Our latest waterfront build in Cape Coral is officially taking shape.

The concrete block walls are up, the tie beam steel is set, and the footprint of this custom home is really starting to show its scale.
With this property sitting directly on the canal, those large window openings are already framing up what will be an incredible water view from the main living areas.

This kitchen is a perfect example of how the right colors and a smart layout can completely change the feel of a room

Here is what went into this build:
Maximizing Space: We took the custom cabinets all the way up to the ceiling to give this galley kitchen as much storage as possible.

The Details: The gold hardware pops perfectly against the soft cabinet color, adding warmth and a modern touch.

Focal Point: The geometric tile backsplash ties the whole color palette together.

Lighting: We brought in a sleek, industrial-style linear chandelier over the walkway.

Open Flow: We kept the arched pass-through window to the living area so the kitchen stays connected and never feels closed off.
