Cutting in some pavers for the downspouts that were just installed on this new construction home in Deep Creek! A few minor repairs to knock off their punch list while we were there. Adam is the master at cutting into these pavers though!

We are the third company to have to come out to fix this homeowners issue! The current homeowners wanted to fix the sinking pavers on their pool deck, so the future new owners of this home for sale can enjoy as if this home was just built!

This week we helped the residents of IslandWalk finish their clubhouse remodel with a relevel of the entryways to stop water from flowing into their clubhouse. The residents were so friendly. It reminded me of the old small town feel North Port used to have years ago! This development is incredibly beautiful! If you have not checked out this area yet you are missing out!

Some more before and after pictures for a community Clubhouse. The pavers were all pitched to dump the water into the building. The pavers sinking in picture 2 indicate there is a concern under that area! Look how deep the sink hole under those pavers went when we started pulling them!
