Another step forward at North Tampa Behavioral Health Hospital.

We’ve replaced the hardie paneling on the exterior overhang ceiling — a key layer that protects against moisture, mold, and mildew while giving a solid base for the finished exterior. Even small details, like adding trim that wasn’t there before, makes a big difference in the building’s longevity and aesthetics.

Progress is underway at North Tampa Behavioral Health Hospital, where we’re completing an exterior restoration. This project includes rebuilding the water barrier system and replacing the Hardie siding damaged during the hurricane, enhancing both the structure’s durability and its appearance.
