We've all heard it before... running a small business is not for the faint of heart. Especially when your small buisness is a side hustle that is growing and growing.
It's overwhelming. Scary. Stressful. Disheartening.
But it's also rewarding to the fullest.
Honestly, it's an emotional rollercoaster, with highs and lows that are hard to describe.
Most days, the good outweighs the bad. But the bad days are really tough. You still have to show up. You still have to do the work. You have to fight your fears. It can feel very lonely because you don't want anyone to know that you don't have it all figured out. Other people depend on you. You carry the world on your shoulders. If you fail, you're failing others. If you aim to make sure your customer’s are 100% satisfied, your working weekends and holidays!
This is just a reminder that you're doing a great job. If it was easy, everyone would do it. When you're having a rough day, remember how many of those days you've survived already.
