Interior full paint corner to corner. To Include walls, trim, doors, and closets. Labor only.
Homes will be vacant please protect all flooring.

Must provide own personal paint brushes, buckets, tools, etc.

Must be reliable and speak English

Payments are every week for the houses completed the previous week.

Arrive on site promptly with equipment; not material.

Paint corner to corner to include white and ceiling when needed.

There are some properties that will need minor repairs / installs, but that will be discussed on a per property basics.

Arrive to job sites timely, with equipment; not material.

Paint corner to corner full interior of home including closets, all whites, and ceilings; ceilings are as needed.

Please note that each property will be a different size but typically range from 1400-2500 sqft.

Vendor is required to keep the property tidy while working; no paint all over floor and door handles, paint left all sink tubs toilets etc.

The payout for each property is rendered once all agreed upon work is COMPLETE. Please note that there are instances where if work is NOT complete or unsatisfactory we will require it to be completed before payment is rendered unless other wise discussed.
