Built into the slope on a stone foundation and surrounded by mature landscaping, this is a great example of how a greenhouse can become part of the garden—not just something added to it.

Another one just finished up in Washington.

This large custom Artisan has double doors built into the side wall and plenty of growing space inside. We’ve been looking forward to seeing this project completed, and we’re really proud of how it turned out.

It’s always fun to see one of our greenhouses go from drawings and fabrication in our Portland shop to the finished project.

Step inside the Tudor.

From inside, you get a different perspective on what makes the Tudor unique. Its steep 12/12 roof creates the tall interior, while the exposed all-heart redwood framing and Gothic details give the structure its distinctive look.

We especially like seeing this one being used exactly as intended — long growing benches, a potting sink, jalousie windows for ventilation, and plenty of evidence that some real gardening happens in here.

This is how we like to see them.

The redwood has weathered, the shelves have filled up, and there’s hardly an unused spot inside. This Garden Sunroom isn’t being kept pristine for photographs — it’s being used.

Designed to attach directly to the home, the Garden Sunroom puts a full greenhouse just a few steps from the house while making use of an existing wall.

Handcrafted from all-heart redwood in Portland, Oregon since 1952.
