A standard greenhouse would’ve felt too utilitarian for this property.

The goal here was to create something that belonged within the landscape architecturally — not something that simply occupied space within it.

That’s where the Nantucket tends to feel different. The asymmetrical roofline, tall glass walls, double arched doors, and redwood framing give it a softer, more permanent presence once integrated into a mature garden setting like this.

One of the advantages of a lean-to greenhouse is that it changes how you use the space around your home — not just how you garden.

We’re absolutely in love with this attached Tudor greenhouse and garden shed created for one of our customers in Texas 🌿

The black exterior framing, stone base, and warm cedar interior came together beautifully to create such a timeless garden space.

We’re usually partial to the natural warmth and grain of redwood, but this black Tudor design turned out incredibly elegant.
