We’re back at it with another dock project here in North Idaho! 💪 We’re getting things underway and making progress on another project out on the water with GET WET diving and TNL Multi Services.

🔧 BEFORE & AFTER — HORSE TRAILER BUMPER REPAIR! 🐴

This Logan Coach horse trailers ramp broke off. We built a new steel bumper replaced rod and it’s looking a whole lot better! 💪

🔨 Ornamental Railing Project | Mello Metalworks

Another ornamental railing project completed by Mello Metalworks LLC!

We built and installed these custom black steel railings to add both safety and character to the home. From the decorative scroll details on the exterior railing to the clean, simple interior handrail, everything was custom fabricated to fit the space.

We kicked off the week with two projects on Hayden Lake:

🔹 Phase 2 of a stair railing project — fixing and building onto an existing staircase railing that wasn’t up to code. It’s always rewarding to take an existing setup and make it safe, functional, and built right.

🔹 Met with a customer, finalized drawings, and ordered material for an upcoming black-on-black cable railing project. Can’t wait to see this one come together.

Next we installed a smaller railing project for a really great customer in Hayden.

Down at The Terraces in downtown Coeur d’Alene, we worked on repairing the condos’ floating dock — another unique project that keeps things interesting!

We wrapped up the week fabricating and test-fitting another smaller project in Hayden.

🔨 Another busy week at Mello Metalworks! 🔥

It’s been another productive week in the shop and out in the field. Here’s a look at a few of the projects we’ve been working on:

🛠️ Custom Powder Coat Rack – TNL Multi Services
Built a custom rack to help with their powder coating operation. Always enjoy working with the crew at TNL!

🏗️ Dock Fabrication – Terraces CDA
Fabrication work for a dock project in Coeur d’Alene. More details and photos coming as this one comes together!

💈 Custom Barber Chair Bracket – Logan at The Barbershop CDA
Fabricated a custom bracket modification for Logan’s barber chair, then had TNL Multi-Service put the finishing touch on it with a professional powder coat.

We’re grateful for the work and especially for the local businesses and customers who continue to trust Mello Metalworks with their projects. Every job is a little different, and that’s exactly how we like it!
