Cas and Cal Construction & Renovation doing what we do “ Making Dreams Come “

When First Flight Retreat was originally built, a large concrete pool was installed over top of the parking garage. They experienced numerous issues over the years; major leaks, access under the pool was limited, therefore making routine maintenance an issue. Over time, tremendous amount of structural corrosion occurred and pool was closed. They were told that demolition was the only option; at a cost of over $500,000. They called me to get a second opinion. I called my “ GO-TO “ Engineer, Michael O’Steen. We developed a structural engineered renovation plan and presented it to the FIRST FLIGHT RETREAT HOA BOARD. This spring they will have a beautiful outdoor venue with all kinds of entertainment opportunities.
