We caught a hidden issue on this condenser today that was on the verge of taking out the entire motor. Left alone, this would have been a major, costly breakdown.

Thankfully, this customer is on our maintenance program, so we were able to catch it early and fix it on the spot. Save yourself the summer headache—make sure your system is getting looked at!

Nothing to see here folks! Nothing to see.

Wondering why it’s been quiet over here? It’s because we’ve been busy replacing outdated units and keeping the heat humming across Springville, Provo & Orem.
Truth be told, we’d rather be under a furnace than behind a keyboard. Help us keep the streak going! If your HVAC system is acting up or it’s time for an upgrade, put us to work.

Let’s keep our hands dirty and your house comfy.
