General Responsibilities
• Help manage & optimize construction schedules & processes of individual build
projects.
• Work with clients through all phases of home construction or remodeling, emphasizing a teaching attitude & patience for people unfamiliar with construction processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:
• Graduation from High School or GED.
• Graduation from specialized trade school preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in construction management and oversight.
Special Qualifications:
• General Contractor license is preferred.
• Have a current Colorado driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate with Subcontractors, suppliers, & owner-builders on a variety
of construction related issues & to manage time & schedules effectively

• Work quickly & efficiently.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must have stellar work ethic.
• Required experience with Wall Framing & Insulation, Drywall installation & finish, Tile installation, Cabinet & Counter-top installation, Mill-work installation, & experience with Flooring. Wood Restoration & Reconditioning.
Painting.
• Additional Skills (preferred but not required)
• Must own a standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades.
• Excellent troubleshooting, & problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation & invoicing skills.
• Professional appearance & demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check.
Leadership (Long-range vision)

• Manage tool/material inventories, site safety & security.
• Organize work crews for maximum efficiency of manpower, materials, skill sets, & time.
Technical (Task Items)
• Coordinate construction materials, sub-contractors, & administrative to construction site hand off as needed to ensure efficient build processes.
• Consult with the Construction Manager in revising/improving house plans, material options, construction methodologies, etc. as needed.
• Keep all aspects of construction in compliance with all applicable regulations, standards & codes.
• Participate in all building inspections carried out by all local building inspectors.
Work Environment:
This position will primarily function on a job site, but will need to maintain a flexible schedule based on needs to help manage office work as needed.
• The position performs in a dual office & construction site environment. Tasks require a variety of physical activities, such as walking, standing, stooping, sitting, reaching, talking, hearing, & seeing.
• Work tasks require common eye, hand, finger, leg & foot dexterity.
• Mental tasks require the use of memory for details, verbal instructions, emotional
stability, & critical thinking.
• The position requires a valid driver’s license & the ability to drive. Must not have any DUI/ARR within the past five (5) years & less than two (2) moving violations within the past 24 months.
