Recently wrapped up a plumbing project for a local flower shop! We installed and connected a new commercial faucet along with the drain and water lines to get this workspace fully functional and ready for daily use.

Throwback to a wood rot and water damage repair project I completed near a roofline.

Removed the damaged wood, replaced everything properly, and got it sealed back up before it turned into a much bigger issue.

Client wanted to make this space more functional and finished.

We raised the floor, installed new flooring, updated the ceiling, and cleaned everything up to give it a much more usable feel. Simple project, but big difference. Client was very happy with how it turned out.

Exterior wood door and storm door install from this past week.

Removed the existing door and replaced it with a new wood exterior door, stained and sealed for long-term durability, along with a new storm door.

After demo, we found some rot in the framing, so that was repaired first to make sure everything was solid before installing the new unit.

Everything finished up clean with a proper fit and smooth operation.

We tore down the old sunroom and rebuilt a brand new one from the ground up — framing, windows, siding, and interior finishes. We’re getting close to wrapping things up now, and I’m honestly proud of how this one turned out.

I like sharing projects like this because it shows exactly what you get when you work with me: clean work, solid communication, and no shortcuts.

Finished this deck update earlier this season. Replaced all the boards, updated the top rails, and reinforced some of the structure underneath. Clean turnaround and the homeowners were really happy with it.

Already lining up work for next year and looking forward to more projects like this.

Recently wrapped up a full set of upgrades for a client, including new flooring, two bathroom remodels, and removing the old archway between the kitchen and living room.
