Lower cost T12 fluorescent ballasts/bulbs are being banned due to inefficiency. Best alternative is Daylight Savings Aurora LED lighting tubes to save up to 95% of electricity costs, don't use ballasts, are environment friendly and last more than five times longer while qualifying for incentive funds and carbon credit payments. LED's make sense.
