General contractor specializing in commercial interior construction hiring carpenter/painter helper. Preference given to those with painting experience.

Scope of Work: General labor, Job Site Cleaning, Demo, Furniture Breakdown, Carpet Tile Installation, Ceiling Tile Installation, Trash Removal, Painter/Carpenter Helper

Person must be able to demonstrate the following:
1. Attendance and Punctuality: Is consistently at work, on time, and prepared.
2. Dependability: Follows instructions: responds to management direction; takes responsibilities for own actions; keeps commitments; completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate management; ability to complete tasks without supervision.
3. Quality: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in work performed: looks for ways to improve and promote quality: monitors work to ensure quality.
4. Quantity: Meets productivity standards: completes work in a timely manner: strives to increase productivity: works quickly, efficiently, and cleanly.
5. Safety and Security: Observes safety and security protocols: reports potentially unsafe conditions: uses equipment and materials as directed following documented procedures.

Requirements:
• Fully Vaccinated for COVID 19
• American Citizen with ability to pass Government Background Check. Any potential candidate will be required to undergo a criminal background investigation before employment.
• 2+ years experience in Construction
• Ability to maintain a clean jobsite
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Driver’s License and Reliable Vehicle
• Able to work flexible schedule based on client needs. Requires night and weekend work on occasion. Overtime available.
