Looking for word of mouth assistance please!

With present interest rates, buyers are challenged and concerned. Digesting down payments, closing cost, and monthly payment amounts can be difficult to say the least. Many mortgage reps may not be completely helpful as well. I can help with that. Guiding buyers to the maximum benefits that fit their eligibility and educating them on how it all works is a specialty of mine. There are ALWAYS programs out there people can take advantage of. Presently anywhere from $10K - 25K assistance can be obtained for 1st time buyers . These programs come and go, but there is always something out there.
