Location: Raynham, MA

Join our family-owned team at Mann Mechanical HVAC, where craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction have been our foundation for over a decade. We’re growing and looking for the right people to grow with us!

🔧 1. HVAC Technician (2–3 Years Experience):
If you're skilled in HVAC service, installation, and maintenance—and love working in both residential and commercial settings—we want to hear from you!

✔️ Responsibilities include:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues
Provide excellent customer service

✔️ Requirements:
2–3 years HVAC experience
Strong understanding of HVAC systems
EPA 608 Certification (preferred)
Valid driver’s license & clean record

🔧 2. Lead HVAC Technician (5+ Years Experience):
This is a leadership role for a seasoned pro who’s ready to take charge of projects and mentor junior techs. You’ll lead installations, manage job sites, and ensure high-quality work every time.

✔️ Responsibilities include:
Oversee job sites and lead installs/repairs
Coordinate with clients & contractors
Train and support junior technicians
Ensure safety and quality standards

✔️ Requirements:
5+ years HVAC experience
Proven leadership/project management skills
Strong diagnostic, installation & customer service skills
EPA 608 Certification (preferred)
Valid driver’s license & clean record
