Another California utility is moving forward with Nobel Systems. 👏

We’re proud to partner with Hawthorne Utility Management, LLC (HUM) to support the City Of Hawthorne - Government with a more connected approach to water operations through GeoViewer.

One of the immediate priorities is modernizing 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗜𝗦-𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘀𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴—all designed to help field crews collect reliable meter data that supports customer billing.

And that’s only part of the story.

The broader GeoViewer environment connects water infrastructure, work activities, service information, field operations, reporting, and existing utility systems into one scalable foundation.

One partnership. One connected platform. Smarter utility operations.

Protecting drinking water begins before contamination reaches the distribution system.

Cross-connections, pressure changes, and unprotected plumbing systems can allow contaminated water to flow backward into the clean water supply. Managing these risks requires more than scattered records and manual follow-ups—it requires a clear, connected process.

supports this through two distinct but connected solutions:
• The 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 identifies establishments for assessment and manages prevention devices, testing records, and compliance schedules.
• The 𝗛𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 evaluates potential cross-connection risks and determines whether appropriate backflow protection is required.

Together, these modules help water districts:
✅ Map establishments, hazards, and device locations
✅ Digitize assessments and inspection records
✅ Classify and prioritize potential risks
✅ Track testing schedules and overdue activities
✅ Maintain clearer, more accessible compliance records
✅ Turn GIS data into informed action

Discover how GeoViewer helps water utilities move from identifying risks to maintaining backflow compliance.

A pilot project is one thing. Being recognized as a model for the future of digital water management is another.

We're proud to see our , an AI-powered digital water management solution in Jizzakh, featured by JSC O‘zsuvta’minot as an example of how GIS, IoT, and real-time operational intelligence are helping to transform utility management. The project demonstrates how digital technologies can improve network monitoring, reduce water losses, and support more efficient service delivery, with discussions underway to expand the approach to other regions of Uzbekistan.

Recognition like this reinforces our commitment to delivering technology that creates measurable impact for utilities worldwide.

When an independent review confirms the impact of your work, it reinforces why you do it.

We were honored to welcome Mr. Anvar Atabaev, an Asian Development Bank Institute (ADB) consultant based in Dushanbe, to Jizzakh to evaluate the operational impact of our Water Supply Digitalization Pilot Project. As the consultant supporting the upcoming ADB water digitalization project in Tajikistan, his visit focused on understanding how GeoViewer is helping utilities operate more efficiently and identifying proven practices that can be applied to future projects.

During the visit, he met with dispatchers, field teams, and utility management to see how GeoViewer supports daily operations—from GIS-powered work orders and IoT pressure monitoring to automated leak reporting and digital workflows.

Some of the outcomes that stood out:

✔️ Over 1,000 leakage reports digitally managed from detection to closure
✔️ Field and dispatch teams independently operating the GeoViewer platform
✔️ Recognition of our IoT-enabled digital twin capabilities and Public App
✔️ Continued system support beyond project completion at no additional cost
✔️ A commitment to highlight the project's achievements in the consultant's official report to ADB

Perhaps most importantly, the Jizzakh Regional Water Utility confirmed its intention to expand the pilot across the entire city and eventually throughout the region—a strong endorsement of the value digital transformation is delivering.

We're grateful to the Jizzakh Regional Water Utility, Mr. Atabaev, and everyone involved in making this project a success. We look forward to continuing our collaboration and supporting more utilities across Central Asia with smarter, GIS-powered operations.
