Orion Polymer is very excited to be selected as a finalist in the Shell and National Renewable Energy Lab's GameChanger GCxN competition!
Orion Polymer researches its top-performing anion exchange polymers and membrane that can be used to generate hydrogen in electrolyzers, can be used in AEM fuel cells, or flow batteries.
The Orion team presents next Wednesday and hopes to be working with Shell and NREL on scalable, renewable, clean energy for a better future!!

Please see the fantastic issue on Climate Change by Foreign Affairs Magazine, not the typical focus for this mag but globally important enough to devote the entire issue. Orion Polymer, the top-rated AEM, anion exchange membrane, for Clean Energy has been invited to participate in a $1 Million dollar DoE grant on pollution mitigation! Orion is delighted to have the most durable clean energy membrane, which is the only one to withstand 80C for 1000h, and to be contributing with a Stanford group on this environmental positive-impact clean energy, phase II project. Orion TM1 and BN2 were ranked the top 1 and 2 out of 50+ AEM analyzed globally by NREL, the US National Renewable Energy Lab, in an independent blind study, 10/2019!

Exciting times for Orion Polymer Corp! We started two NYSERDA grants (The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority) Nov. 1st, in conjunction with 3 sub-contractors in academia and industry. We will be developing direct routes to renewable energy efficiency through our products. Thank you NYSERDA for supporting our efforts!
