Includes: high-end walnut millwork package, frameless full-glass door entrance to the shared lobby, polished concrete floors, new offices with interior storefront entrances, expansive front conference rooms, and reception entranceway. Woods Rogers Office TI update:

Our framing crews are wrapping up final in-wall blocking and started hanging drywall in the front of house entranceways.

Mechanical and electrical rough-in is pushing along quickly.

Over the next month, we will be moving into finish ceiling install, and final preparation in advance of new storefront entrances and finish millwork paneling installs.

We were recently awarded the Woods Rogers Office build-out in the APEX Building in Charlottesville!

This project includes a new entrance suite with a walnut millwork package, open glazing concept, expansive conference rooms & office suites throughout, while maintaining the existing character of the exposed glulam construction of this unique building.

We are thrilled to build this new space and grateful for the trust placed in our team by the project’s ownership, development & design groups.

Another successful project completed!

TI build-out in Chesterfield. Approximately 5,000 SF of new tenant office space for their distribution center.

Always a solid feeling to hand over a clean new space to a client.

✨Builder Spotlight✨ Russell Turner, Superintendent

Russell recently joined our Operations team as a Superintendent, overseeing commercial projects in our Richmond division.

⚫️How long have you been in the industry?
“34 years. I’ve always enjoyed seeing the building come out of the ground & to be able to see what you’ve accomplished at the end of each day. I’m not sure of other lines of work, that when done well, will be of value for a hundred or more years.”

⚫️What motivates you to come to work each day?
“My family. My wife of 29-years, kids & my precious granddaughters. I like being someone they can depend on no matter what the situation may bring.”

⚫️What does life look like for you outside of work?
“I enjoy raising a garden, keeping too many chickens, and simply working around my family’s small farm. There is always something to be done on our small piece of heaven on Earth!”

Donaldson’s Charlottesville division is enjoying their new home!

We’ve been looking for a new office suite over the past several months and are proud to say we have a permanent home in downtown Charlottesville.

Talk about space to work!

Our Richmond ops team recently started a roughly 5,000sf TI build-out in Chesterfield.

Incredibly thankful for the ability to support Range Commercial’s Richmond division.

This project has a quick turnover schedule, so we began pre-planning weeks in advance to be able to hit the ground running.

We can’t wait to see all the prep work pan out to a finished product!
