Over the past 2 years, CB2 Builders had the pleasure of renovating 3 residential floors Lok PACE senior center in San Francisco. We faced numerous challenges, including concealed fire rating and structural deficiencies. After addressing these and other conditions, CB2 successfully completed the project ahead of schedule and under budget.

The residents on each floor now enjoy an upgraded kitchen, lounge, restrooms and resident room with new finishes throughout. These upgrades not only make the space attractive but the building is much safer as a result.

Soup kitchen guests are greeted with a warm smile and hot food as they enjoy the modern dining room and open atmosphere. All are welcome in the spirit of compassion, understanding, and love.

This summer, Cypress Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park in Colma partnered with CB2 Builders to expand its existing Chapel. To achieve a modern feel in this historic space, we replaced and reinforced structural walls. We created a new flower shop, kitchen, and walk-in cooler. Floor to ceiling windows and custom millwork make for an inviting flower arrangement area.

To allow for more guests to gather, interior partitions were removed to enlarge the reception area. An open air lounge area was added for extra seating. New HVAC and kitchen appliances round out the modernization of Cypress Lawn Chapel.

CB2 Builders, Inc had the pleasure of working at Yerba Buena Gardens in San Francisco to update the Children's Creativity Museum . We expanded the entrance and added an exterior canopy allowing programming to utilize the courtyard. This maximizes playtime, creativity, and fun!

Our friends at Duncan Channon have once again reached out to CB2 Builders, Inc to modernize their new 10th floor tenant space, while preserving the historic charm of the 1900s brick building in downtown San Francisco.

Interior improvements consisted of new & reconfigured offices, an updated kitchen, new finishes, and light fixtures throughout the space. Custom millwork cabinets and framing accentuate the natural beauty of the extraordinary location. A specially made central bar with brass countertop brings the whole space - and the Duncan Channon team - together.

For the past 4 years, CB2 Builders, Inc. and Music City San Francisco have worked together to modernize this historic 1907 brick Italianate building. We have done major structural, seismic, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing improvements to all 5 floors, including the basement. Despite challenges brought about by the pandemic, CB2 Builders, Inc. successfully completed the renovation project, transforming Music City SF into a modern and versatile venue that can cater to various artistic and cultural activities.

The new Music City SF now includes a full kitchen, multiple bars, concessions, 6 performance spaces, 11 rehearsal rooms, 5 music studios, 3 exhibit halls, as well as ADA upgrades and a new roof. We are very proud of this project. Cheers to the success of Music City!

We appreciate the opportunity to have again provided exceptional service to Saint Mary's College High School, Berkeley with the comprehensive transformation of the courtyard area. Upgrades included grading, drainage improvements, ADA ramps and walkways, decorative colored concrete, and inspirational messages. Vintage statues gifted by alumni classes were carefully restored and restaged in the new areas of the courtyard.

This courtyard isn't just a space - it's the heart of Saint Mary's College High School. It's where friendships are formed, memories are made, and dreams take flight. We're honored to have played a part in crafting a welcoming, accessible, and visually stunning space that brings the school community together.

We are thrilled to share the latest progress from CB2 Builders as we embark on the restoration journey of the historical Mission San Jose in Fremont, founded in 1797 by Father Fermin Francisco de Lasuen. Preserving the rich history of this iconic landmark is an honor, and we're delighted to provide you with a sneak peek into our ongoing efforts!

In addition to preserving the past, CB2 Builders is also adding modern touches to enhance the structural integrity. Jet grouted piers and a concrete retaining wall converge to fortify the original adobe foundation and a beautifully crafted stair and new wood cross honor the past, providing both functional and aesthetic value to the site.

We'll be sharing more updates and behind-the-scenes glimpses as progress unfolds. Follow CB2 Builders on this exciting journey of restoring the Mission San Jose and Museum, and be a part of preserving history for generations to come!
